Calabasita con Puerco

2 cups of cubed pork loin
2 cups of cubed zucchini (calabasita)
2 cups of chopped cabbage
1 cup of can or frozen corn
2 1/4 cups of water
1 4 oz can of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of Knorr's chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of pepper (or to taste)
Cook pork slowly over a medium low heat, covered. When pork is fully cooked, add all ingredients except for cabbage. Stir all ingredients, then stir in cabbage. Simmer covered for 5 minutes, then turn off heat, but do not remove from heat, and let it sit covered for 10 minutes. MMMMMMM
Options: Can cook with chicken or substitute cubed potatoes for meat
